Scope

RUM Journal covers interdisciplinary fields including engineering and technology, natural sciences, IT and digital transformation, social sciences, economics and management, education, environmental studies, and sustainable development.

Submission and Editorial Process

1) Submission
Manuscripts are submitted online via the OJS platform with complete metadata.
2) Initial Screening
Formatting, scope relevance, plagiarism check (if required), and ethical compliance are reviewed.
3) Peer Review
At least two independent experts conduct a double-blind review.
4) Decision
Accept / Revise / Reconsider / Reject. Accepted papers proceed to publication.
Monthly submission: Manuscripts are accepted throughout the year on a rolling basis.

Peer Review Policy

All manuscripts submitted to RUM Journal undergo a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers do not know the identity of the authors, and authors do not know the identity of reviewers. Evaluation criteria include originality, methodological rigor, reliability of results, relevance, and sound conclusions.

Publication Ethics and Academic Integrity

  • Zero tolerance for plagiarism, self-plagiarism, and data manipulation;
  • Disclosure of conflicts of interest is mandatory;
  • Strict compliance with authorship and citation standards;
  • In cases of ethical misconduct, the editorial board may reject, retract, or reconsider the publication.

Open Access and License (CC BY)

The journal publishes all articles under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license. This allows users to share and adapt the material in any medium or format, provided appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and source.
